Turnkey Contracting by Gillan was founded in 2024 by Liza and Jeff Gillan as an expansion of their family’s long-standing involvement in construction, infrastructure, and service-driven work across North Central Illinois. Built on a foundation of experience, accountability, and strong operational leadership, Turnkey provides commercial and agribusiness construction solutions that support the day-to-day needs of their client’s business.


As a family-owned company, we combine hands-on expertise with a commitment to reliability and long-term value.
